Its been a years since I have really seen my family like this.

Happy.

Despite all that has happened in my lifetime between my family and I, especially my dad, I feel like I am starting to connect with them more now that I am older. I’m slowly letting go of all the grudges and resentment I have for all they did to my sister and I in the recent years…

I hope this feeling I have for my family is the beginning of a new chapter in my relationship with them.
